This code provides practical guidance regarding on-bench activities that must be considered as part of the risk assessment process, and during the development of a safety management plan and associated operating procedures and work instructions. The code sets out recommendations and precautions to ensure the safety of employees subcontractors, members of the public and the environment, in relations to activities associated with the blasting process.
