Description

You will need to comply with this code if you intend to undertake activities relating to the design of buildings or structures.

This code aims to:

  • explain the legal obligations applicable to a person who is in control of, or who may have influence over, the design of a building or structure
  • provide guidelines for ways in which these obligations can be met by providing practical guidance on ways of maximising the safety of the design.
