You are required to comply with this code if you employ staff or you manage employees. The code provides guidance on the prevention and management of workplace violence, aggression and bullying (for example, physical assault, verbal abuse, threats and intimidation). This code has been developed to provide guidance as to how to meet legislative requirements. The guidance in this code should be considered alongside the duties in this Act.
