Consent of Minister for Entry on to Reserves (Petroleum and Geothermal) - Western Australia

Description

You may require this consent if you hold any form of petroleum or geothermal licence, lease or permit over land in Western Australia. If any of the land covered by your licence, lease, permit or other approval is in a reserve, then you will require this consent to explore for petroleum or geothermal energy resources or to carry out operations for the extraction or recovery of petroleum or geothermal energy on that reserved land. Examples of reserved or dedicated land include reserves for nature conservation, forestry, marine conservation, water conservation, mining and defence as well as and land dedicated for recreational use.
