Description

You will need this permit if you intend to conduct a continuing lottery. A continuing lottery is a lottery in which tickets contain concealed pictures, figures, letters or other symbols which the ticket holder exposes to determine whether they have won a prize.

A permit may be issued for a continuing lottery, in support of religious or charitable purposes or the promotion or advancement of social welfare including sports or games and cultural or public recreational activities.
