You will need this licence if your organisation involves occupational or club use of firearms. The licence entitles your organisation to possess the firearms and ammunition named and identified in the licence. It also allows your employees to possess, carry, or use a firearm or ammunition:
- on the premises of the organisation
- in the course of carrying out a function approved by the Commissioner and authorised by that organisation.
This licence will be issued in the corporate or trading name of your organisation, not to you individually.
