Crown Land Supplier's Licence - Western Australia

Description

You will need this licence if you intend to supply lawfully taken flora from Crown land to another person. All flora that is native to Western Australia is protected throughout the State. Protected flora is defined as any plant (including any wild flower, palm, shrub tree, fern, creeper or vine) or any part of a plant, including seeds and spores.
