This code sets out rules for the provision of information relating to contestable customers and the process for transferring contestable customers from one retailer to another retailer. This code covers:
- information provision
- transfer of contestable customers
- communication rules.
If one of your customers is transferring to another retailer, in most cases you must not terminate their contract until the transfer is complete.
