Extended Trading Permits - Western Australia

You will need this permit if you already hold a liquor licence and intend to sell and supply liquor in circumstances that your licence would not ordinarily cover. The circumstances extending trading permits can cover are as follows:

• alfresco dining - provide liquor to patrons seated in an alfresco area adjacent to your licensed premises
• area - provide liquor in an area adjacent specified area
• associations - sell liquor for consumption at a part of your premises to association members (club and special facility licence holders only)
• catering - sell liquor as a caterer
• cellar door premises - sell liquor on specified premises where you would not otherwise be authorised to (producer's licence holders only)
• dining area - sell liquor with a meal outside the normal licensed hours (hotel, nightclub and producer's licences only)
• lodgers / residential accommodation - sell and supply liquor at any time to a lodger residing in residential accommodation
• ongoing hours - increase your existing trading hours
• sell liquor without a meal (restricted / unrestricted) - sell liquor via table service for consumption on your premises with or without a meal
• one-off events - sell or supply liquor at a one-off event (includes variations for area, cocktail functions, hours, non-member functions, nightclub functions and offsite catering).
