You will need this licence if you intend to deal with alive or dead fauna from a licensed person. Licensed persons hold authorisation to take, supply and / or import the fauna.
Fauna means any animal native to Australia, and any animal that periodically migrates to and lives in Australia and includes any animal declared to be fauna by the Agency. This licence may also allow you to display fauna as specified by the licence.
You must not accept a carcass unless it is marked with the required tag.
