Fauna Possessing (Breeding) Licence - Western Australia

Description

You will need this licence if you intend to farm and / or breed fauna (native wildlife) for sale or commercial display.

Fauna means any animal native to Australia, and any animal that periodically migrates to and lives in Australia and includes any animal declared to be fauna by the Agency.

You may also be authorised to slaughter your farmed fauna and produce processed animal products on your farm.

Farming or keeping reptiles and amphibians is now allowed under this licence.
