Description

You may need approval if you intend to film on public land.

Types of filming activities that may require a permit or approval include recording for commercial and non-commercial purposes:

  • drone filming
  • student projects
  • advertisement commercials
  • media broadcasting.

You may also need approval from the relevant agency if you intend to film on National Parks, or within Aboriginal communities.
