Guidelines for the Bulk Cartage of Drinking Water - Western Australia


These guidelines apply to the transport of potable water for human consumption which is intended for public or domestic use in a quantity exceeding 100 litres.

Materials and substances used to collect, contain, control or treat drinking water may also be a source of contamination. Several processes exist to ensure the safety and suitability of the materials and substances designed to hold or treat drinking water.

Compliance with this standard ensures that the risk of contamination is minimal.
