You will need to comply with this guideline if you intend to provide temporary toilets for hire.Temporary toilets are sanitation facilities for the safe removal of human waste (faeces and urine). Temporary toilets may also provide handwashing facilities that generate wastewater.

This guideline applies to all forms of temporary toilets, including single standalone cubicles, multiple toilets (or urinals) within a unit, accessible toilets, ambulant toilets and accessible adult change facilities.
