High Risk Work Licence - Western Australia

Description

You will need this licence if you intend to carry out high risk work (HRW). High risk work includes:

  • scaffolding work
  • dogging and rigging work
  • crane and hoist operation
  • using a reach stacker
  • using a fork lift
  • operating boilers, steam turbines or reciprocating steam engines

You can only undertake the type of HRW endorsed on your licence. However, you can add new classes to your HRW licence, which allows you to carry out different types of high risk work on a single licence.
