You will need this certification for the importation of firearms and parts into Western Australia.
The movement of firearms and firearm parts is controlled primarily by the Australian customs, but require Western Australia Police to certify that residents intending to import firearms are licensed to receive them. Without this certification (also known as an import permit) customs will not release the item to you.
