Land Valuer's Licence - Western Australia

You will require this licence if you intend to carry out land valuations. Valuations cover the process of inspecting a property, ascertaining legal ownership and the interest held, and gathering relevant information such as the prices that similar properties sell for.

A firm or corporation may carry on a land valuing business so long as every valuation of land it undertakes is made by an officer of the firm or corporation who holds a land valuer's licence.

Mutual recognition is available if you are licensed as a land valuer in another State or Territory of Australia.

Please consult the Contact Officer for more information.
