Description

You will require this licence if you intend to take or interfere with plants or animals in an environmental reserve. This includes hunting, destroying, trapping and removing plants or animals.

Environmental reserves include:

  • state forests
  • timber reserves
  • national parks
  • conservation parks
  • marine nature reserves
  • marine parks
  • marine management areas
  • some private reserves managed by the state government.

Please note that other authorisations may also permit activities protected by this licence.
