Description

You will require this certificate from the council prior to applying for a state liquor licence. It is granted if the premises complies with the health, food and building legislative requirements.

This certificate is required for all new liquor licensing applications and applications for any alterations to existing licensed premises, including hotels, taverns, cabarets, liquor stores, special facility licences, restaurants or club-licences.
