Licensed Liquor Premises Planning Approval - S.40 Certificate - City of Rockingham - Western Australia

Description

You will require this certificate from the council prior to applying for a state liquor licence. This certificate states that the selling of liquor complies with (or could comply with, if certain actions were taken) the existing planning approval issued by the council.

The council is able to place conditions on this certificate if the premises can only be made to comply with the planning laws, through the imposition of specified trading restrictions. Such restrictions could include noise levels or hours of operation.
