Miscellaneous Possession Permit - Western Australia

Description

You will need this permit to possess a firearm that you are not licensed for.

Examples of this may include:

  • the possession, by an executor or administrator of a deceased estate, of a firearm that is part of the estate
  •  the possession of a firearm for the purposes of transport or temporary storage
  • the possession of a firearm for the purpose of obtaining a serviceability certificate.

This permit does not allow you to possess any ammunition or magazines for the firearm.
