National Construction Code - Temporary Sanitary Conveniences - Western Australia


You will be required to comply with this standard if you intend to manufacture or design a temporary toilet. The structural design of your temporary toilet must comply with the current version of the National Construction Code. The code is created and updated by the Australian Building Codes Board.

Please note that in addition to complying with this standard, separate registration requirements may apply to any temporary toilet designs.
