You will need to submit this notice before undertaking activities which may damage or alter an Aboriginal site.

It is an offence to damage or alter an Aboriginal Site without the prior consent of the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs. The consent may be sought by applying to the Aboriginal Cultural Material Committee.
