Description

You may need this registration if you intend to use an off-road vehicle in an area designated for off-road use by a local council.

An off-road vehicle is a vehicle which is not licensed for and will not be used on public roads (even only for the purpose of crossing a road). This can include all types of motor vehicles, such as motorcycles, four-wheel drive vehicles, dune buggies and all-terrain vehicles.
