Description

You will need this permit if you intend to alter, obstruct, destroy, damage or interfere with a council-controlled watercourse (including water channels, creeks, levees, drains, tunnels or bridges). This may also apply to other council-controlled infrastructure, including ditches, fences and culverts.

This permit is also required if you intend to interfere with the natural flow of surface water across a thoroughfare or other land in a way that may damage a thoroughfare.
