Description

You will need this permit if you intend to collect money from the public in any street, roadway, mall or lane in the Perth metropolitan area. A street collection is a request for monetary contributions or the selling and offering for sale of any button, badge, token, or other similar thing for the purpose of raising money.

You may also need to obtain permission from the local council in the area you intend to collect in.
