Description

You will require this permit if you intend to erect a building or install infrastructure on local government property. This permit may cover situations where your proposed construction would encroach onto a thoroughfare, verge, reserve or other land under Council control.

Infrastructure covered by this permit includes any structure used for the purpose of the supply of water, power, telecommunications, or other services (including infrastructure located above or below the land, such as pipes, drains and telephone lines). Buildings include petrol stations and any other structure.
