Description

You will need this permit if you intend to keep a declared pest for business purposes. Business purposes include:

  • breeding or cultivating an animal or plant infected or infested with a declared pest
  • supplying or trading a declared pest
  • moving or transporting a declared pest
  • trapping a declared pest.

Declared pests include certain types of plants, animals and diseases.
