You will need to licence your parking bays if you intend to own or are the property manager for a property that has non-residential parking bays within the Perth Parking Management Area (PPMA).
Non-residential parking bays include long stay public parking bays, short stay public parking bays and on-street parking bays. Non-residential properties include retail businesses, offices, hotels and services apartments.
Properties that have five or less parking bays used for vehicle parking (in addition to any fee-exempt parking bays such as loading and motorcycle bays) must licence those bays but do not need to pay any fees.
If your property has residential and non-residential parking bays, you must licence the residential parking bays, but are not required to pay the fees for the residential bays.
