Description

You will need this licence if you intend to construct, alter or operate a petroleum pipeline. Petroleum pipelines are a pipe of system of pipes used for the conveyance of petroleum and includes all structures for protecting or supporting a pipeline. Petroleum is any naturally occurring hydrocarbon or mixture of hydrocarbons, including oil and gas.
