R-Codes (Residential Design Codes) - Western Australia


The R-Codes set out requirements for residential development in Western Australia. You must comply with the codes if you are applying for planning approval. You must provide all necessary details needed under the codes for the assessment of proposals, including details of where the application complies and does not comply with R-Code requirements.
