You must register any racing colours for use in a thoroughbred or harness horse race. Racing colours are the pattern and colours worn by a horse and jockey, and are sometimes also known as silks.
A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.
To be eligible for this registration you must nominate at least 2 different preferences for your colours.
