You will need your radiation protection programme approved by the agency to transport radioactive substances. Radiation protection programme means the systematic arrangements that are aimed at providing adequate consideration of radiation protection measures.

A radioactive substance is a substance, including any article that has been manufactured or subjected to any artificial treatment or process, which contains more than the maximum prescribed concentration of any radioactive element.
