Register a Greyhound Racing Syndicate - Western Australia

Description

You will need this registration to own or lease a racing greyhound as part of a syndicate. A syndicate is any group of five or more people who jointly own a greyhound.

You must nominate up to four members of the syndicate as its authorised representatives, and one of those as the manager of your syndicate.

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible for this registration you must:

  • provide the details of all the members of the syndicate
  • be a syndicate composed of natural people over the age of 18
  • not have any members who are undischarged bankrupts or disqualified from racing
  • notify the Agency in writing if any members have been convicted of a criminal offence or an offence under the rules of racing in the last 10 years or have any pending charges.
