Register a Harness Racing Syndicate - Western Australia

You will require this registration if you intend to own or lease a harness racing horse as part of a syndicate. A syndicate is any group of eleven or more people who jointly own a harness racing horse. If more than one person but less than eleven people own a horse they will be considered joint owners rather than part of a syndicate.

You must nominate a natural person (not a body corporate) who is a member of the syndicate as the syndicate manager.

Please consult the Contact Officer for more information.
