You will need to comply with the Registered Independent Agents Code of Conduct if you intend to provide conciliation and arbitration representation as a registered independent agent for the purposes of workers' compensation.

The code of conduct sets out matters dealing with duties, integrity and diligence, confidentiality, conflict of interest, proceedings, advertising, withdrawal, fees, records, trust moneys, costs.
