Registration as a Specialist Veterinary Surgeon - Western Australia


You will require this registration if you intend to specialise in a specific area of veterinary surgery.

You may be registered as a specialist veterinary surgeon if the Agency is satisfied with your qualifications and level of experience in your chosen specialist field.

Many areas of specialisation are available for registration. Examples include equine surgery, small animal medicine, canine medicine and veterinary dentistry. The full list is set out in Schedule 2 of the Regulations.
