Registration of Short Term Accommodation - City of Rockingham - Western Australia

Description

You will need this registration if you intend to operate a bed and breakfast. A bed and breakfast is any building or structure that is used to house 6 or less persons (excluding the keeper and his or her family) for hire or reward.

Please note that a bed and breakfast is limited to lodging or boarding six or less people. Anybody intending to lodge or board more than six people must meet the Council's requirements for a lodging house.
