Description

You will need to register your property if you intend to provide short-term rental accommodation (STRA), both hosted and unhosted.

The following arrangements are considered examples of short-term rental accommodation:

  • an investment property
  • renting a room out in your house for short stay
  • using a granny flat for short-term accommodation
  • old workers cottages accommodation
  • a caravan in the back yard rented for short-stay.
