Registration to Operate as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) - Western Australia

Description

You will need this registration if you intend to deliver nationally recognised training as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

This registration does not cover training provided to people in other states (including online training).

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible for this registration, you must:

  • ensure your head office is located in Western Australia, or the majority of your intended course delivery and assessment is in WA, or in WA and Victoria only
  • comply with all applicable standards, legislation, policies
  • be able to demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of the vocational education and training system including training packages and the Australian Qualifications Framework
  • be able to demonstrate that your RTO is financially viable at all times during its period of registration.
