Special Facility Liquor Licence - Western Australia

Description

You will need this licence if you intend to sell or supply liquor for a purpose not covered by any other liquor licence. Different subclasses which may receive a licence include:

  • auctions
  • amusement venues, reception, function centres, sports arenas, theatres and cinemas
  • bed and breakfast facilities and room service restaurants
  • catering, food halls and works canteens
  • online wine sales
  • tourism
  • transport
  • vocational and education training courses and institutions.

Indefinite subject to retaining the same premises and paying the annual licence fee.
