Special Prospecting Authority - WA - Australian Business Licence and Information Service

Description

You will need this authority if you intend to conduct:

limited prospecting for geothermal energy (does not allow for well drilling)
geophysical or geochemical surveys (or other operational activities other than making a well) for petroleum.

A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.
