Street Trader's Permit - Western Australia

Description

You will require this permit if you intend to trade in public places. A public place includes any street reserve, parking station or private property to which the public has access.

Trading includes selling or hiring of goods, wares, merchandise or services or offering goods, wares, merchandise, services for sale or hire, in a street or other public place. It also covers displaying goods, wares or merchandise for the purpose of offering them for sale or hire, inviting offers for sale or hire, soliciting orders or carrying out any other transaction.

You may not require this permit if you are operating from a stall licensed by the council, or at a licensed street market.
