Description

You will need this permit if you intend to import, test, manufacture, store, transport, supply or use an unauthorised explosive (including fireworks). Unauthorised explosives are substances that have not been yet been authorised for use and are intended to be manufactured or to be used to produce an explosion or a pyrotechnic effect.
