Description

You will need this permit if you intend to conduct a trade promotion lottery. A trade promotion lottery is a lottery promoting the sale of goods or the use of services, in which every participant takes part:

  • without cost
  • by the purchase goods or services for the same cost the participant would have paid had they not taken part in the lottery.
