You will need this permit if you intend to conduct games of two-up.

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible for this permit you must:

  • be at least 18 years old
  • be a member of a sporting, community or charitable organisation raising funds for an approved purpose.

Permits will usually only be granted for premises located more than 100km from the Burwood Casino Complex. Permits may be granted within 100km of Burwood Casino in special circumstances (for example, significant cultural or sporting events) with Ministerial approval.
