You must comply with this Standard if you intend to design and manufacture underground nonmetallic piping for flammable liquids.

This Standard covers primary carrier and secondary containment nonmetallic pipe and fittings (piping ) intended for use underground in the distribution of petroleum-based flammable and combustible liquids, alcohols, and alcohol-blended fuels.
