Description

You may be required to comply with this standard if you intend to manufacture, supply or operate a prime mover used in a B-double or a road train. The performance of the service, secondary and parking brake systems of your prime mover must comply with this standard.

All prime movers built after 1989, or which pull a tanker carrying dangerous goods must have an anti-lock braking system that complies with the third edition of these design rules.
