Terms of the Australian Business Licence Service Application Programme Interfaces

By using the Australian Business Licence Service Application Programme Interfaces (“APIs”), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the APIs.

Restriction on Use

You must not use the APIs for commercial activities. The Commonwealth reserves the right to take action, including but not limited to, revoking the user’s access to the API, if this term is breached and/or preventing future access.

Disclaimer

To the full extent permitted by law, the Commonwealth makes no representations or warranties of any kind (expressed or implied), including the usability of the APIs, fitness for a particular purpose, meet any requirements or needs that you may have, or that it will operate error free, or that the API will be compatible with any particular platform.

To the full extent permitted by law, the Commonwealth does not accept any liability, for any reason, including without limitation liability in negligence, to any user of the APIs. This includes, but is not limited to any damage caused by

• Any disruption, change or cessation to the API;
• Any disruption, interference with or damage to a user’s computer, software or data; and
• Any errors or omissions in the content of the API.
