Description

You will need this licence if you intend to operate a rideshare service. A rideshare service is where:

  • a passenger books transport through a transport booking service
  • the transport booking service then communicates the booking to a driver
  • the driver carries out the transport booking for reward.

This does not include services provided by taxi or hire care services.
